From what I can tell, Movie Studio is essentially a cheaper version of Sony Vegas as well.
Funny enough, the original software I purchased, Sony Movie Studio Premiere 12 ( qid=1431597621&sr=8-2&keywords=Movie+Studio+12) automatically supported the variable FPS footage and costs about a quarter of what I paid for Premiere. To fix it, I set ShadoPlay to Manual recording, 60FPS at In-Game Resolution, with the H.264 codec and started looking around for new software. I looked into it, and Premiere (Along with most big name editing software) has no native support for variable framerate video, which ends up with the audio and video being 2 different lengths/timings. What software do you use to edit? I use Shadowplay exclusively to record now since it puts next to zero stress on my rig compared to FRAPS- but I ran into the issue of Premiere desyncing the audio of every ShadowPlay recorded clip.
